Foodservice Sanitation Certification and Recertification Classes

Health Department Approved in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Michigan

Initial Certified Food Safety Managers Training Course covers critical information to provide safe food to your customers.

The course fee includes:

  • All instructional materials-ServSafe Manager 7th Edition textbook

  • Servsafe exam

  • Exam certificate and state application

 

Re-certification course covers the required 4 hour class, no test is required. This course fee includes:

  • All instructional materials and handouts

  • Continuing Education Certificate

On Site Training and Testing

If you have more than 5 employees that need to be certified, we can deliver training and testing at your location. We provide all the materials needed so you don't have to order prior to our arrival.

We can accommodate up to 25 people and the class is usually 9-10 hours, including testing. This program is ideal for larger businesses with several needs. Costs are based on travel and number of people. Payment is required in advance.

In Service Workshops on Site - What is an In Service Workshop?

It's a food safety training class held at your site. We provide the training manual and certificate of completion along with interesting activities, quizzes and information designed to teach and refresh all of your team employees. Prices for In Service Workshops on Site: The cost depends on the number of employees and the number of sessions you want to hold. The classes for 5-10 employees - $25 per person - above 10 employees, call for discount pricing.

Classes conducted by certified ServeSafe instructor and chef, Arlene Coco, who has been a sanitation practitioner for over 25 years.

 

Due to COVID-19, Servsafe testing products and services delivery will be disrupted until June 1. If you want to register for a class in June, we have books and can send out books for June classes as we think our dates in June will be open. Call 218-269-7979 with questions.
